Kara Brownlee is a dedicated wife and mother of two daughters, aged 3 and 9. As a general contractor at The Sunray Group in Acadiana, she brings 20 years of experience in real estate and development to her work. Born and raised in Lafayette, LA, Kara is passionate about the impactful initiatives at The Hub and is committed to making a difference in her community.
The Hub is on a mission to give everyone in our city access to a restored life, and often, the first steps of that journey begin with something as simple as a meal.
The Hub is making sure that those who are hungry in our city gain access to healthy, consistent food by providing over 800 meals every month and access to groceries for hundreds of individuals.
